Fall is my absolute favorite time of year, and for so very many reasons; my birthday, Halloween, Thanksgiving, the excitement of the holidays approaching, warm cozy sweaters, boots, fires and oh, did I mention, kids going back to school (just kidding guys!). Every year in the fall I coax my kids to go to Kopachuck State Park to "catch leaves" with me. It's a game where we all run around with our heads tilted all the way back (not looking where we're going of course), and try to catch falling leaves as they whirl and tumble haphazardly to the ground. Of course, someone eventually gets dizzy and "falls". That's when we break for lunch and then tackle the next challenge of digging up the ever elusive Gooey-duck.
